The workflow content module in theory is a great tool for various activities requiring a workflow content that is transparent and reportable. > > **Inconvénients**: The negative aspect of the Workflow module is the inability to be flexible for different scenarios. The out of the box package is very basic, and we have required additional customization to fit our business needs which I feel should be part of the out of the box package. There is limited flexibility when requiring reporting. > > Although there have been some challenges to get some functions within the Elcom CMS to work for us, or we have been able to create a work around, dealing with Elcom, in particular the Help Desk, has been excellent.
