I wish that more cities would use this service. It's very simple to use. > > **Inconvénients**: The limits that many of the cities put on the ability to use the service. I wish that the e-permit page was all encompassing and not for a few specific jobs. Each city determines how extensive their e-permits page is going to be so it ends up being very limited. For example we are plumbers and what we've found is often times the only e-permit available for a city is for doing a water heater. If I needed to pull a permit for anything else I'd still need to do it the old fashioned way. > > I use it as often as I possibly can. It simplifies the process. It speeds up the process.
