() The product has some basic usability problems (bugs). () The product is not actively being developed so those bugs won't be fixed anytime soon. The usability problems that got in my way were around the designation of the target folders. You cannot change the folders. If you do, the default folders will be created and used anyway. You also cannot set the filters outside of the same pst file. It will let you make the selection but will reset it after the next restart. It seems like a small problem, but support was not responsive, and I had to use an additional product to work around this so that I can collect my spam and unsure emails in one place to review. > > This was my first choice to replace SpamBayes which after years of using I had to leave behind. Spam bully is recommended on the website. I had trouble installing it but was able to work around the issues myself. I had problems configuring it and did not get great help from the developer. Once I got it running and configured, as long as I did not attempt any changes to any configuration items on outlook, it did a very effective job of dealing with my spam. I really would rather not be looking for another filter.
