> **Inconvénients**: They don't pass me off to other people; instead, the person who answers assists me immediately away. They walk me through the process of adding an extension, creating a report, or making adjustments to automatic reports, and it's all done in a flash. It provides excellent support without causing any discomfort. Because of their support, I highly recommend them.

> We didn't get Hansen software from them directly. BSB Communications' MiTel phone systems were chosen. Hansen Software's customer service has blown me away.

They walk me through setting up an extension, report, or changes needed for an automatic reports and it is just done-done very quickly.  It is really great support without any pain.  Totally recommend them because of their support.

> **Inconvénients**: There is not much not to like. It does need proper set-up which can be a bit confusing for anyone that has not set up any software. However, the customer service and support provided by the agents compensates for any difficulty one may have. In regards to setting up, you can give them a call and they can help you step-by-step in the setup process or even assist you via remote desktop connection.

> Allows a hotel to monitor calls from guest rooms and inputs the desired rate per any selected time frame an administrator wants to charge by. Very great product and a better staff.
