> **Avantages**: Being able to see witch training will expire in the next 3 months ( and now 12 \!) All the information appear on the same sheet.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: Last summer, twice, i received aan email that an employee can't go back to work because he has en expired training with only 24h hours to react. I always print a copy off all the the trainings at the beginning of each months and there was no indication that the training was about to expired. 

The second point is that it may have to many options for a normal user. At the begginnig, we need to search on the site to find what we need.
