Content update is easy to do. Traffic light GUIshowing the status of all users/devices to check how current their content is proves useful for auditing. > > **Inconvénients**: DocuNet Admin Centre - not able to upload multiple files at the same time in Web Update. UserNet - Unable to upload a CSV file of Users which casues severe headaches in adding mandrualically new staff to the system with two stages - user details and then password is another stage. CrewNet is far easier to manage from an administration side which is interesting considering that UsrNet si newer and should be more admin user-friendly. We are also unable to permanently delete users from the system. They remain in a recycled bin system. Users who have left the Company need to have their details wiped from all Corporate systems as part of Data Protection regulations and at present this is not possible. These issues need to be addressed as a matter of urgency.
