Avantages :

IT Glue est un logiciel qui facilite la gestion des actifs informatiques, la surveillance et gestion du réseau. D'une interface impressionnante aux fonctionnalités innovantes, j'apprécie le plus sa facilité d'utilisation et sa façon de gérer les accords de niveau de service.

Inconvénients :

C'est un logiciel que j'utilise bien et je n'ai pas encore de points faibles sauf qu'il n'y a pas de version d'essai gratuite

Why you should also try ITGlue and start loving your JOB.

Commentaires : My overall experience has always been better with ITGlue. As I am working for an MSP, I rely a lot on ITGlue for recording and accessing data/documentation.

Avantages :

As a day-to-day user of ITGlue, in both using existing Data and documenting new data, I find it easy to work with ITGlue. I also like their efforts in merging AI capabilities to make it interesting and less and less painful to manage. I have been using Datto SaaS integration and I am happy to see they have made improvements to it and now we can see more information than before. This means they are heading in the right direction and listening to feedback. Also, I highly appreciate them bringing in Secure Credential Sharing into ITGlue, which is a must for MSPs. Now we can stop depending on third-party solutions and share credentials with peace of mind.

Inconvénients :

I believe NetworkGlue is a feature that should be built into standard ITGlue, instead of selling it separately. Again, this is just my idea.

ITGlue: Multifunctional and Very Easy to Use

Avantages :

ITGlue is so multifunctional that it can help centralize the storage of your documents, SOPs, Passwords and such. It also helps in storing asset and vendor info. Collaboration is also simplified in this platform so even if your colleagues is from another country, you are sure that you will be able to share with them the info they need in a very secure manner.

Inconvénients :

The platform can do better when it comes to personalization such as letting the admins personalize the welcome email they send to their new users. Access permissions can be expanded to have a much customized access delegations to every user.

The search function is very poor. Results can be varied, and it frustrates my team regularly. The lack of ability to imbed/import certain formats into the documents/articles is annoying at times.

Avantages :

- Integration with our RMM and PSA works seamlessly - Flexible assets that are ready for import have a great amount of coverage. - Reputation offers a way to motivate employees to engage with documentation

Inconvénients :

- There is not much I don't like about IT Glue, but if I had to choose something it would be the ability to have a templatized environment for different typed of clients.

Commentaires : Great product. Love the tools that enable easy input of UNs and PWs in RMM

Ease of access to all passwords and data relating to any client

Inconvénients :

Navigation can be a bit lengthy. Clicking through multiple layers and going back to get into another organization. It can also be easy to accidentally wipe out a password.

Commentaires : My overall experience with itglue is that it is the best Documentation tool in the market.

Avantages :

ITGlue has been our tool for years. I like that There are very little limitation and documentation is easier than ever.

Inconvénients :

The 2 things that I do not like are the mobile app and that there is no desktop solution for uploading files etc.

Avantages :

We love how it stores all documentation and user/device credentials, but mostly how it integrates with all other Kaseya/Datto products in K365.

Inconvénients :

The integration with AutoTask doesn't include contacts.

Why should you pick IT Glue over anything else? Is it worth it?

Commentaires : Apart from the significant pros I have mentioned above, we recently started using IT Glue check lists to eliminate the requirement of painfully maintaining documents especially when we are doing new users/leavers or other work that requires sustaining a checklist.

Avantages :

I like how it integrates with almost all of the other systems used by MSPs across the globe, bringing all information into a single space for easy visibility and management.I like how it lets you link flexible assets with each other. For example, if you add an application to ITGlue, you can connect all related documents and configuration items to that specific application. So, when someone looks at it, at a glance they get a picture of what else is linked with it without scratching their head or wasting time to figure out related items.Also, I like how it lets control access to certain information. You can decide who has access to certain information. This is an essential feature in the MSP space when security is a major concern because not everybody needs access to everything.

Inconvénients :

I would like to see an improved version of Datto SaaS integration rather than just displaying a summary of the SaaS backups on the landing page for each client.

Powerful without having to retool how you work

Commentaires : Overall very happy with ITGlue after years of using other solutions and fighting them it is nice to have something that works well without having to beat it up.

Avantages :

Being able to document on-the-fly with as much or as little detail as available in the moment is the best aspect. Other solutions will yell if you dont give them enough detail on an object when you create it. ITGlue gives you the freedom to document as much or as little as you want, and the ability to organize in a way that makes sense without just leaving you in an unstructured environment.

Inconvénients :

Mobile app definitely needs improvement. It's better to just log into the web interface on your phone than it is to use the mobile app.

Secure and reliable

Commentaires : We have been using IT Glue for a very long time and we haven't had any major issues. Our client's data is kept secure.

Avantages :

IT Glue is great for keeping all your client documentation secure and in an orderly way. The integration with our PSA and RMM solutions ensure that everything is kept up to date and we don't have to update everything in 3 separate places.

Inconvénients :

The add-ons. We are paying for the top license yet there re still more add-ons that have to be purchased separately if you want to utilize all aspects of the software.

IT Glue - The best product for your team, no matter the department

Commentaires : IT Glue allows us to centralize nearly all of the information we need to keep track of, and gives us the next best thing to a dedicated HUD for status. That said, the fact that it can alert us to critical issues completely resolves the HUD issue and being able to provide access to multiple departments for centralized documentation company-wide is exceptionally helpful.

Avantages :

Having our information in one easy to access (and manage) place, as well as knowing it is secure and protected are both key features. The ability to also integrate with just about anything and use those integrations to keep our information not only centralized, but also updated in real time is another boon to this product.

Inconvénients :

Importing data from another tenant should be simpler and more complete. If you want to migrate to your own instance, it's not as simple as receiving an export and then just uploading it. It would be much better if a 'cross-tenant migration' could be accomplished by importing a complete export rather than having to pay for the back-end transfer, or manually importing each piece of information, one item at a time.

Commentaires : Overall, documentation is the foundation for any MSP and ITGlue is the best way to build that documentation in a way that helps an MSP scale.

ITGlue was the first platform we used to centralize our knowledge and build data and documentation in a way that could scale with a growing company.

Searching in ITGlue requires training and is unintuitive. User permission management has evolved but is still silly.

Safe storage for all your important passwords

Avantages :

Having a safe offsite location that we can all access at different levels of access for all our critical passwords, contact data, disaster recovery planning and more is such a fundamental key part of any IT infrastructure. IT Glue provides exactly that, and does it very well.

Inconvénients :

It is not the cheapest solution but its the best for a reason and you'll be glad you used it if the unthinkable happens and you find yourself in disaster recovery scenario

Great Password Management Program

Commentaires : We enjoyed using ITGlue and it fit our structure until it was purchased by another company. Customer service declined from there and billing got complicated and mixed up. Overall a good product.

Avantages :

It was easy to add passwords, and use them without needing to be on the webpage with the widget.

Inconvénients :

The interface wasn't the easiest to use. Sometimes I needed to click through a few pages to get to my passwords. Easy to get lost if you are just a user.
