> **Avantages**: I used Dynamic Web TWAIN to integrate document scanning in one of our custom websites. It's a versatile tool and works well. I like the fact that even if you are not connected to a scanner, the tool gives you the ability to test with a dummy scanner.

> **Inconvénients**: We ran into some issues after a version upgrade and the test scanner disappeared. We reached out to Dynamsoft support and they helped to resolve the problem. If upgrades are more seamless, that'll be appreciated.

> **Avantages**: The software API was fairly simple to navigate. I was able to implement the WebScan utility into my internal organization webpage without much issue. This is the only portion of the software that we utilize. It makes it very simple for regular, or non computer literate users, to scan required documents at our employee kiosks.

> **Inconvénients**: My only real issue is the continual Increase in yearly licensing. When I first purchased the software, I was able to license a non production version because my webpage does not touch the outside world. But after a year that was taken away, forcing me to license the full production version. Increasing the cost by hundreds. Then after another year the price was increased again overall, forcing us to pay hundreds more for the same exact product we've been using for several years. If it increases more, I'll be forced to find a cheaper alternative.

Capturing in a web page means file naming, etc. can be automated, not a clunky scanner interface, then remember to rename the file, etc.  Also like the transfer from memory option, so sensitive documents never 'live' on a users machine, only on the server.  Much more secure.

> **Inconvénients**: Price
> 
> Scanning source documents for healthcare applications

> **Avantages**: The product integrates perfectly with our custom software.  We scan directly in to our software for saving the pdfs.

> **Inconvénients**: The only issue is that when web browsers update we have to figure out how to make your software compatible.  I think you all should send out product updates for use with different browser.

> Our overall office experience with this product it good.  We changed from another product to go with Dynamsoft a few years ago.
