The portal is very user friendly and laid out in a common sense manner. I can see which contractors are on my site at the click of button - especially useful in the case of an emergency. Another great feature is that I have all their mobile numbers in one place - so even if they're not set up as a contact - I can contact them individually. I love the auto "check-out" feature - this makes it even more user friendly. The Forsite team have been especially open to feedback and have implemented numerous system updates/fixes based on this feedback - making it more and more user friendly every day. The Customer Support team are super responsive and very helpful\!\!\! I have evacuation practice next month - am looking forward to seeing how it works\! > > **Inconvénients**: Change is always difficult. The only cons I have relate to the expected teething problems which we experienced at the initial setup and implementation of the program. Frankly, this would have occurred no matter which electronic system we chose to implement. It took a few months for my contractors to become fully engaged and use the system without prompting . During this period, the Forsite team were excellent in assisting to facilitate this and provided one-on-one assistance to contractors who experienced ongoing issues.
