It should be mandatory to see the videos before answering the questions. Skipping the study material and just guessing the answers is not good.

> It enables you to understand not only the Faurecia products and processes but also helps to improve the know how about skill development like leadership , team work , motivation and know how about other functions like controlling , quality etc.  You don't need to depend on anyone to explain you about the faurecia business and practices .
