The Spend management module has made a real difference in employee reimbursement for us. It saves time for me not to chase others for receipt uploads, makes the approval workflow easy and quick. Minor UI inconveniences, I would love to have the ability to sort the existing records by my preferred fields, this will need to be improved. > > **Inconvénients**: specifically for Spend management I think UI needs improvement. The filters are not flexible. I would much prefer to be able to filter by (paid / unpaid), or date and name - the only way you can currently sort by name keeps popping you to all expenses screen after each receipt view, this is time consuming and a bit annoying especially if you have too many expenses and employees to go through... Overall, I do like working with them and their tool. I believe they do have improvements to make for their Canadian customers, but I also know that they are working and improving all the time. One suggestion - they really need to send out announcements before their product updates, which currently I do nto believe is happening. Implementation is good. But after that, the actual service quality and support efficency does not match high price tag. > > Data integrity error. Rippling has made many mistakes in processing year-end reports, including employee W2s and form 940. Their support is not hands on to dive-in and fix the problem. Even after aknowledged the problem, they gone pass the deadline, still can not correct the W2 error. We encountered several issues where a fraudulent account attempted to log in, and we had to reset everything and change our passwords. Since this happened multiple times, we are concerned there may be a gap in security. I understand the rise in fraudulent spam, but the platform should ideally have a security upgrade to address this. > > My overall experience is good. The only downside is security, but otherwise everything else is easy to use, clear, and precise. Payments are always on time, with simple pay sheets that I can provide my accountant with. The support team has answered fast wherever I encounter bugs and I have had a great experience overall. > > **Inconvénients**: I would like that they invest a bit more time into improving the taxes section of the application, as I find it confusing to know exactly what has already been paid and why. It would be a game changer to have a simple break down of the amounts with simplified definitions. > > The word I would use to describe my experience with Rippling is simplicity.
