I don't even mind having to chat with support to remove authorized users on the account because it's just plain fun. Any problems with the internet they are on it right away in regards to bugs and issues. Whatever problems I have had any issues were solved fast and easy. I have been on for a number of years so far and they are the best. They have never given me any reason to complain and when I did have a problem I found out a simple fix I forgot to do on my web browser.
