First few yrs as a employee, then for the last 10 as the owner. I appreciate Smart Vendors features as they suit all my needs in reporting, ordering, and POS. I love that there is a PROMO file in the system that tracks frequent buyer purchases. Seems other systems do not have this feature as when I talk to others they still track manually. And I cannot say enough about the Customer Service department. Sales have always been helpful in what I seek.
