> **Avantages**: I like the way the calls are recorded and stored in Qfiniti. I can check calls recorded today, yesterday, or even some months ago. This helps a lot to understand the way the agents support our customers and the possibility to provide feedbacks aiming to improve the customer experience. I also like this tool is very stable and an easy to use environment.

> **Inconvénients**: The support for this tool is a bit delayed, it is not as fast as I expect, possibly taking even about a whole week to resolve an issue, but I also have to say that issues are very rare, normally it is very stable.
> 
> Overall this tool is good, a very useful one, able to store a lot of recorded calls so you can hear them later. It is very stable since the issues are very rare to be present.
