They provided a reason that I am 99% sure that it was provided by an AI tool without any validation (the reason that I am suggesting that it was an AI tool is that we occasionally receive cold emails by AI assuming we are a different kind of business) While they suggest that they can help you migrate to other payment providers, the migration itself is taking forever. I requested migration help (card data to Stripe) on the 12th of January 2026, and it is now 21st February, and the migration has not been completed, and they have not provided us with an estimate. We have provided all the necessary details in a timely manner. > > Good experience years ago, bad experience in 2026. The risk team blindly uses AI to evaluate accounts. They require 3 months of payment processing history to get approved, but don't tell you this until after you've spent a week jumping through hoops. Impossible for new businesses to qualify — classic catch-22. > > Applied with a legitimate B2B SaaS — registered company, GDPR-compliant policies, DPA, clear terms, instant digital delivery. They requested changes to my refund policy, which I completed within 14 minutes. Then they sent a questionnaire asking for processing statements. When I explained I'm a new business launching for the first time, they rejected me because I have no processing history. This requirement isn't mentioned anywhere on their website or during signup. Wasted over a week in their approval process only to be rejected for something I could never provide.
