> **Avantages**: Its look and style.  We would keep the product if it worked properly.  We really like the way it works and enjoy the concept.  It just doesn't work  as it is supposed to.

> I ordered my counter a month ago. It has never updated within 30 seconds as advertised. 
Even when I have it plugged in directly via ethernet, it only updates between 1-3 hours. 
I originally bought this for my wife so that she can use it with her business. So her customers can like her IG page and then watch the counter flip. That is no longer an option. My wife still likes the way it looks but just wants one that works. The Smirrl staff blames all the problems on Instagram even though there are other counters on the market that do not have the same issues. I have gone back and forth with customer service for weeks and they seem unwilling to help me other than a full return and refund. Personally I would have kept the item and taken a partial refund, or better yet, exchanged it for one that works. But they have not been able to help me in either of those options. 
This has been a very upsetting experience for a gift that my wife was extremely excited about. :(
