We were implementing their WebRTC JS SDK for in-browser calling, and their team was instrumental in getting us past a major roadblock. The support staff are not just reading from a script; they are technically proficient and can provide specific, actionable solutions quickly. Their API is robust, but it's the support that makes it usable.

> **Inconvénients**: The primary challenge was that some of the public-facing documentation and CDN links for the WebRTC SDK were outdated. This led to a lot of initial frustration and wasted time trying to debug a ReferenceError that was ultimately caused by a broken link. Improving documentation maintenance would make the initial developer experience much smoother.

> We are integrating Telnyx's voice and WebRTC capabilities into our platform to allow our users to make calls directly from their browser. > **Inconvénients**: Support is nonexistent. Their buggy know-your-customer flow locked me out of my two-year-old account, which had no suspicious activity whatsoever. Their phone line told me to email them, then hung up on me. They didn't respond to two emails after more than a week, and when I found a phone tree option that got me a person, they gave me wrong information. It took ten more emails to support, Cc:ing their \[sensitive content hidden\] each time, to get my numbers ported out - and they refused to waive their port out fees, which other providers rarely charge in the first place.
