> **Avantages**: Great loyalty and couponing product - easy to implement and maintain, and fast when changes were needed.

> **Inconvénients**: The only thing missing at the time was the ability to target different segments of users on the couponing platform

> Was lucky to work with the mobile-pocket team for about three years, between 2016 and 2019. We used their software to enhance our product portfolio at the time and was very happy with the user adoption, the overall platform stability, as well as the speed the team could deliver change.

> **Avantages**: Toller, schneller Support, einfache, übersichtliche Bedienung, geniales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (haben aber auch Sonderkonditionen), nach dem Frontend-Facelift noch attraktiver

> **Inconvénients**: Leider wirkt das User-Backend designtechnisch ein wenig altbacken. Schade ist auch, dass es keine mobile Kampagnenvorschau gibt, sondern dass man diese erst nach der Freischaltung sieht. Zudem wäre es super, wenn man Kampagnen, die man irrtümlich vorzeitig freigegeben hat, einfach deaktivieren und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt freigeben könnte. Aktuell muss man das leider mit einem Workaround lösen.

> Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Anwendung und er Partnerschaft

> **Avantages**: Super App bei der ich meine gesamten Kundenkarten verwalten kann. Zudem werde ich laufend über aktuelle Aktionen informiert.

> **Inconvénients**: Je mehr Kundenkarten man besitzt, desto unübersichtlicher wird es\! Aber das ist "Kritik" auf ganz hohem Niveau. Ansonsten habe ich keine Nachteile zu beklagen.
