### "Absolute is Absolutely Awesome" — 5.0/5

> **Avantages**: We use this mainly for Software Asset Management together with ServiceNow. You can integrate this and works well. Absolute can freeze, or remote wipe assets that are lost or stolen. This also prevents stolen computers from being used with other spares as the software integrates into the BIOS.
The usage and location tracking compliments the lost asset features.

We also make use of the Application Persistence features and this helps to keep our computers healthy with AV, Encryption, SCCM, etc.

Finally the reporting is great and we use it a lot to compare with other data sources.

> We have been using Absolute for over 5 years and we are really happy with it. It works really well and this is something we cannot do without.

> **Avantages**: The diagnostic tools were helpful when they worked correctly.

> **Inconvénients**: Promises were made that the tool could select the stronger signal between WiFi and cellular, which is not allowed on Apple devices so it never worked. "Bread crumbing" was promised to show where connectivity issues were experienced and it never worked.
> 
> We had 10K+ iPads and many of the features that were promised to us never worked because of Apple policies. Several times over the life of our project, the application failed because of updates pushed by the developers that were never sent to us for testing prior to deployment that cause significant flight delays.
