I especially like how quickly forms can be created and the flexibility offered by its API integrations. > > **Inconvénients**: While Kizeo is a powerful solution, there are a few limitations that could be improved. It is not currently possible to provide Kizeo Business access only to a limited group of users (for example, administrators only). Managing multilingual forms can be challenging. A single field cannot have labels in multiple languages, so the workaround is to create a language selector and use conditional visibility rules. This approach becomes difficult to maintain when forms contain many questions. A better solution would be the ability to define multiple labels for the same field and automatically display the appropriate one based on the user's selected language. It is not possible to redirect users to a different form based on a specific answer. This would be useful for creating a form hub or a guided workflow where users are directed to the appropriate form according to their responses. > > Very good overall experience, with responsive support, a smooth implementation process, and strong functionality.
