A confirmed 1:00 p.m. training session was canceled at 11:26 a.m., despite being confirmed earlier that morning. When I described this as a last-minute cancellation, I received a rude, defensive, and condescending response instead of accountability. There also appeared to be no meaningful escalation process. My onboarding contact was also the head of sales and account management—and handled the complaint about his own conduct.
