We have yet to speak with our "Care representative" as we were advised we would have one in our contract.2. Trying to run reports to export to excel for use in another financial management system is not possible. They only generate PDF reports.3. We were informed that due to their open API system they would have no problem integrating with systems like Netsuite so that we could utilize a more financially based tool to build business. Unfortunately when I request this I am informed they are not sure they can do this.4. Same with billing, due to our volume and due to the amount of hoops we have to jump through we use an outside billing company, but Carecenta is reluctant to work with them. 5. Sales will promise you everything but their follow through is very very low. So far I am disappointed in their system/service.6. We are already looking for another service. > > Overall experience has been negative.
