- Copying tasks/ team members from previous months or other tasks

> **Inconvénients**: The main thing this software is missing at the moment the 'Notification' feature. As spoken with Jamku Team, they are currently working on this and have launched a Jamku Chat application which is still in its Beta stage so it will improve in the coming months.

> Jamku has been useful for our team and the integration of our data was really easy, the data import by Jamku team helped in easily getting everything on this software and the training videos and sessions helped is getting used to the software. 
It has overall been a mixed experience as once we started using it to the full extent, we could see that many more features could be implemented in the software. We have requested for multiple features for which we await the timeline and confirmation.

> **Avantages**: The software is really user friendly. You can add clients, assign task and set deadlines as per the preference of your client. The compliance portal is great to keep tracks of these tasks and the daily dashboard is helpful for managers to manage work with their subordinates

> **Inconvénients**: Assigned task could be edited by subordinates, which could lead to loopholes in system. Also, a warning pop-up should be implemented in case a task crosses the preset deadline.
> 
> Jamku has helped us in managing the peak season work tasks easily and also the customer care services are really efficient with resolving issues in the shortest time span.
