The customer service team is very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. The team was able to fulfill a lot of our specific requests and tweaks, and they are very quick to respond to questions. > > **Inconvénients**: Although CRAFTS does have an email option, there is no current option to have a sort of inbox (or see past sent emails). You send off an email, and that's it; parents and staff must respond to YOUR work email, so it takes the communication off crafts and onto another platform. We are still working out our messaging/communication functions and seeing what works best for our team\! > > Overall I really like CRAFTS, and how easy it is to use. As an Admin, I need to be familiar will all current aspects of our software package, and CRAFTS is great to answer all questions, and apply tweaks when possible.
