Additionally, the process in managing our families and enrolments is intuitive and robust. There are still many new things I am discovering daily, but overall I am very happy with the software. It is stressful when switching over to new management software, but the support we received from \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team during our set up phase (we actually just starting using Crafts March 1st 2024 after initial training and rollout) was above and beyond my expectations. They are very responsive to any queries, and their support training videos are great reference resources during the initial start up phase.
