I didn't have to spend all day figuring it out, which was great because I had to put the signs up outside and didn't want to be messing with the computer forever. The best part is that the internet acting up out by the road, the sign doesn't just go blink. It keeps playing whatever you put on there because it saves the files right on the device. It's way easier to use than some of the other confusing text stuff out there > > **Inconvénients**: It's a bit basic if you want to do fancy scheduling. You can set it to play at certain times, but it's not like a big calendar where you can plan out months of different ads easily. Also if you want to show live stuff from the web, it's kind of a pain to set up. Another thing is the price, it starts out free for one screen, but once you start adding more signs by the road, that $20 a month for every single one starts to add up pretty quickly > > XOGO is a solid choice if you want something that works without a headache. It's basically a plug it in and go, which is perfect for roadside signage where you don't want to be doing a bunch of complicated IT work. If you've got a couple of signs and just want them to show your pictures or videos without crashing, this is the job just fine. And the best part is -for our business anyway- that it's integrated directly into Microsoft Teams Rooms. We have our MTR devices set up to display signage anytime they are sitting idle. > > **Inconvénients**: Haven't really had any issues so far, once we got everything set up in XOGO and in the Microsoft Pro Mgmt. Portal (PMP). It just works. > > We were looking for digital signage to run on our expensive Microsoft Teams Rooms screens whenever they were sitting idle (not in a meeting). We have our MTR devices set to launch and run XOGO whenever they're idle for 3 minutes or more. It's kind of a like a screensaver on steroids - we display corporate comms, KPIs and our company Instagram whenever the screens are not in use.
