> **Avantages**: Easy to use software for our campground (85 sites), online bookings relatively simple for guest use. Staff find it easy, simple learning curve.

> **Inconvénients**: Customer service is terrible, 5-7 day response time, if we do get a response, it is not complete/helpful, and we have to draft same question/emails again. We have lost trust in Campspot that if we need help or assistance with any kind of set up, issues, it won't be there for us. The price goes up every year and the customer service (which we really need only a few times/year) has declined completely. We pay thousands/year for this software and the value is no longer there for us with this lack of support. We don't need support often, just with our seasonal set up, and this year especially we have been ghosted when we have reached out with some basic set up questions.

> Our campground has used Campsot for 5.5 years. Support was great for the first few years, and we were really happy with the software and customer service, but over the last 2 years especially it has declined completely, to almost zero support.  It has been a shock for us and our staff, and quite nerve wracking not having assistance when needed. On average when we email the support line it is a 5-7 day response time and then if we get a response it is barely helpful, and the thread is dropped by the support team, with no proper answers or follow up. As a small business when we need support it is critical to our business as all our bookings flow through Campspot. We are beyond disappointed and shocked with the lack of customer service. The price of Campspot keeps going up but the value keeps going down. We don't need that much customer service as we are quite familiar with the software, so feel we don't ask for much so it is disappointing and unsettling.

> **Avantages**: I like the way the system is easy to learn and operate. It’s also easy for people booking online. They do seem to be working on new features all the time. &#10;The customer service has been amazing\! They have been so helpful every time I can’t figure something out in my own\!

> **Inconvénients**: I do wish they would add a feature list where you see all the options to enter number of adults, children and pets, all visible in a row.   It would save a lot of asking later and people then being upset because there is a fee for pets. &#10;Also a drag and drop feature on the grid would be super helpful.

> **Avantages**: -This system is so intuitive and easy to use, and I keep learning more features every time I use it.&#10;-Very clean and visually appealing.&#10;-All of the reporting is incredibly helpful and provides so much insight to our bookings.&#10;-Allows for quick and easy changes to the rates, rules, and other item details that allows us to stay agile.&#10;-The reservations grid automatically optimizes bookings to maximize revenue.&#10;-The lock-in fees allows customers to lock-in to their specific site wanted and also increases our revenue.&#10;-A very cool feature is also the Add-On grid, which allows customers to add on additional options like golf carts, cabanas, hot tubs, etc, while also allows our reservations people monitor the inventory of those items.&#10;-Fantastic customer support who not only helps with all of our questions, but also uses feedback to develop new and better features.&#10;-Been a fantastic experience so far, and our park employees have had great experiences with the system.

> **Inconvénients**: Would be great to see an interface that allowed rates to be more easily updated. The current csv process is cumbersome \&amp; sometimes it takes a few attempts to get it right.

> **Avantages**: The zip code finder and I honestly can’t think of anything else.

> **Inconvénients**: The speed and the way it recalculated the rates unasked.  The inability to check out guests when they left was very inconvenient as you couldn’t re-rent the site.  Every problem was blamed on internet history.&#10;Also lost the ability to even search for prior guest by the time we left.

> Campspot started out fine with needed improvements etc.&#10;Then the improvements became more important than the actual maintenance on the program.  The system slowed to the point we replaced all of our computers to no avail after support blamed our internet provider and history.&#10;We even had the internet provider come out and check our system which was fine.  After we gave notice we were moving to another company they decided we really were having issues they needed to address.   But it was too little to late (about a year).
