> **Avantages**: - Most of the ppc campaigns, such as Google Ads, show the keyword.&#10;- You're able to see all the bots and bad traffic that are visiting your site, and causing you a lot of expensive, worthless clicks... this may sound like a negative, but it's valuable info that affects your budget and analytics. &#10;-It integrates with HubSpot, so it's quick to look up our history with a prospect and see that a cold lead is back on our website.&#10;-It's a very simplified platform to check out a customers journey on your website, starting with how they found you, their page path, and the time spent on each page.

> **Inconvénients**: The pricing model. We started on one of the lower tiers but very quickly had to triple our spend. I mentioned the bots above; there's hundreds of them. That's why we started with the "300 unique companies" plan, and now, a few months later, we're on the "1000 companies" plan (and we still don't see all our monthly visitors). Most of those companies that we do see are bots and with the limited companies, if 700 visits a month are from bots, that's 700 real prospects that you can't see, because the bots ate up the budget.

I know this is constantly being improved as the database grows and new technologies are implemented. Nothing to stop you from getting on board\!

VQ makes it easy to start small and demonstrate the value of the process in a way that encourages engagement. I think most CRM platforms are pretty good, in my experience, but VQ helps facilitate participation in a way I've never seen before.

> **Inconvénients**: While VQ does do a great job identifying the activities of specific site visitors, the ability to identify individuals by any criteria makes it less than perfect.

> VQ is helping me establish a badly needed CRM process in terms of both nurturing new clients but also retaining clients downstream. It is as easy to use as it could possibly be, non-intrusive (something that's important when you're working with resistant associates) and provides actionable information.
