The templates looked old, customization was extremely limited, and the platform felt slow and behind the times. The platform did not deliver on what was promised during the sales process, and once under contract the level of support and responsiveness dropped off significantly. The software felt outdated, overpriced, and poorly aligned with how modern real estate businesses operate. To make matters worse, after being told I would be released from the agreement, the remaining balance was still sent to collections.
