The came back and said it would cost ~100K for us to receive our data, despite having a Master Service Agreement in place which states they will provide our data to us in the format we choose at no cost. It is March and were given a timeline after pressing them, which they have not met and the last response: "We are facing some delay in the delivery of the Export module.We are assessing other options and will let you know as soon as possible. " > > We spent a lot of money on this tool and continued to pay for every update and change and were promised a lot of upgrades but received very few and when the system was upgraded, there were a lot of broken things (likely due to customization).
