> **Avantages**: Out of the box implementation of Agile methodologies like SAFe, Lean, etc. Also built in integration with Jira helps a lot. Lots of rooms, reports and dashboards at each level in the hierarchy to track metrics.

> **Inconvénients**: Integration only with Jira so you will have to build a custom integration if you are using other ALM tools like Rally. Also it would have been nice if instead of being a separate tool, it was integrated right into Jira itself.
> 
> Easy implementation since it is  Saas product, you just setup your org hierarchy, teams, Jira integration and you can start seeing the magic happen. Very useful when it works as expected. Troubleshooting any issue is also not trivial. Overall very pleased with the product.
