The batching didn’t work on several different occasions with several different equipment options they kept sending me used and broken equipment that they got from some other person that it wasn’t working properly and kept trusting it for my financial security it was the most stressful experience of my entire life, but I continue to be patient and work with these people but when I finally decided to call it quits after a year and a half of nightmares and headaches what do they do when I called to cancel they won’t let me cancel. They never tell me that I owe them a form so they just continue to charge me the $40 a month and then even after I fill out the form they continue to charge me for the $40 a month. I’ve had to call these people over four times to cancel the account. They will refuse to refund any of the money I would say stay away from these people with all you can do not risk your money with them. They do not care about you. They are terrible company.
