A robust reporting tool integrated into Flourish POS removes the guess work from daily business practice allowing the owner/operator to concentrate on strategic planning. From daily production/ delivery tracking to real-time inventory management, from accurate COGs/margins per recipe to roll-based individual employee incentive programs benchmarking key performance indicators. Features inherent in Flourish POS provide the best possible chance for maximum profitability. I especially appreciate the ability to create a wedding quote, generate a purchase order from that sale, track the arrival of bill of materials with applicable shipping charges right through to production and delivery of the sales order. This is achievable because of their extensive product catalogue \>12000 items. Even the small details designed in Flourish POS mean a great deal to a florist. Sorting of orders in production/ delivery, easy management of customers and products, industry specific CRM and marketing indicators are all part of Flourish POS.
