Along with email security , Data loss prevention also implemented with checkpoint HEC. It definitely helped to reduction in phishing mails. It helped to stop malicious mails to user therefore user can safely access emails without any worries. This saved time which may utilised for any business disruptions or investigations. However i havnt seen any downtime so far.
