I've needed to reach out to support and they've been really responsive (within 24hrs) and were able to help me figure out what I was doing wrong (I was trying to get people to upload files into a vault, but the files need to be encrypted through Koofr or something, so you can only upload to normal folders, not vault folders). I haven't used it for dedicated storage, as I use Google Drive for that, but it integrates with Google Drive apparently, and there's a desktop app you can use to manage your files which is great. > > **Inconvénients**: I didn't fully understand how the vaults work, and support initially didn't make it easy for me to understand what was going on because they used technical language I wasn't familiar with upon first reading. Desktop syncing is quite slow and I definitely notice a difference in download speed between bigger names like Dropbox/OneDrive. > > Overall, Koofr is an excellent cloud storage solution with really great features, some of which aren't found in the big players. I use it on a daily basis often sharing files with the link sharing feature with my clients. I recently discovered that I can also give my clients a link to which they can upload files to my Koofr account.
