There is no available customer support by phone, and we have attempted to connect by email a number of times over several months to discuss issues we're having with the platform and get clarification on some items, with no response from the company.

> If you need a swim management platform that will provide some of the basic functions very inexpensively, this would be a good start.  However, I would not recommend the service.  We will be switching to another platform at the end of our season.

> **Avantages**: I like that is makes my job as a admin official easier.  Pulling times over is very easy and the software does almost everything you need for a successful meet time wise.

> **Inconvénients**: It is not the most user friendly software I have used.  It can be very time consuming putting in dq's because it forces you to make a choice on the reason for the dr.  These choices do not always match the official's form so you spend time trying to find the reason on hy-tek.
> 
> Overall is a catch 22.  There is no other program available for this market.  No matter my experience the fact is using hy-tek is superior than doing it all by hand\!

> **Avantages**: ACTIVE HY-tek makes it super easy to view published meet results and official splits. Meet management is often a hassle, but HYTEK allows results to be immidiatley streamlines and available to post on a webiste or link.

> **Inconvénients**: There is no way to embed meet results with hytek, you are redirected to their website under your specific meet title and file with you click on a link. I wish there was a way to "paste" results without the hassle of switching web-pages.
