All necessary communication can go on right in the portal itself, limiting the need for back and forth emails or phone calls once the team is reviewing and using it regularly. As the majority of our employees work the retail sales floor, being able to review all outstanding issues in one single place is vital to completing tasks on time so those of us in the Corporate Office can get the responses and feedback we need. > > **Inconvénients**: The product can seem overwhelming at first because it can encompass so much in one portal; if you do not jump on using filters and categories properly, it is easy to get lost.
