It was designed to help get training to our EMT's on our department. The first year was great. After that, it went straight down hill. > > **Inconvénients**: Vector did not keep up their CEU's to match the requirements that were set by state regulatory boards. Our EMT's would need to go to other websites to get the necessary CEU's. When we attempted to cancel, they advised we had missed the window. Then we attempted to reduce our users and they advised it wasn't possible, even though they had done it for us in the past. They are money hungry and greedy. I would look else for your training solutions > > If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
