> **Avantages**: We have used Zoho backstage for two events over the past two years, and each experience was better than we could have imagined. As we used the platform/app we found more and more features that really simplified managing and executing our events. It was easy to set-up and integrate with our other platforms to help generate complete overview on how all aspects of the event were performing. Our exhibitors and event attendees also made the most of the features. The customer support was first class, quick and accommodating. I would highly recommend and will continue to use it in the future.

A special mention to \[sensitive content hidden\]  the support manager, whose focus on delivering high-quality support really stands out — he consistently goes the extra mile to make sure things get resolved properly. Beyond support, the product offers a lot of value for money, and I particularly love the per-event billing model, which fits perfectly with how we actually run conferences. The platform is easy to use, quick to set up, and straightforward to customize to our needs. On top of that, there's a genuinely good dialog around new feature requests

> **Inconvénients**: My main wishes are around the API and a few feature gaps. The API write capability is sometimes delayed in catching up with the platform — for example, there's currently no ability to upload a sponsor logo through the API. I'd also love the option to upload presentations before the event so attendees can view them in advance. Finally, the ability to offer master class bookings with confirmed seats and waitlist capability (ideally delivered through Zoho Bookings) would be a great addition for our use cases.

> Overall, my experience with Zoho Backstage has been very positive. It's a capable, easy-to-use event management platform backed by excellent customer support and a fair, event-based pricing model. The product covers our core needs well, and the team is responsive and open to feedback. There are a few areas around API maturity and advanced booking features I'd like to see improved, but none of these have stopped us from running successful events. I'd happily recommend it.
