> **Inconvénients**: I don't like that when you export a client file it doesn't export the clinical notes, only the client profile.

> I love ClinicSense.  It's easy to use, I can check everything I need for day to day and for month end, from receivables to sales tax.  The new waitlist feature is quite handy, and clients love the ease of booking online.

> **Avantages**: ClinicSense is user friendly and if you need guidance or reminders or help they have great how to videos that are clear and easy to follow and understand. They are also always improving their product which i really appreciate.

> **Inconvénients**: I do not like that I cant see other practitioners previous treatment notes but i believe this is an admin feature that is available my clinic owner (even though i asked for it) has just decided to not give me this feature.
> 
> Overall its easy to use, can make my own schedule, app on my phone allows quick access and it keeps all records organized and safe.

> **Avantages**: The Clinic Sense customer support team is always there for me. Whenever I’ve had any issues, they respond to me quickly and provide information to resolve the issue. I have not had any issues recently, so it seems like any tech issues that I had in the past have been resolved. 
I appreciate the ease of use for both myself and my clients, appointment scheduling is very easy, and I like that I can send out my availability summary.

> **Inconvénients**: I did not like that they bumped me up to the second tier pricing when I booked over a certain number of clients. I am a very small business and the number of clients I booked is just over the threshold, but I’m bumped into the next tier.

> I’ve been with ClinicSense for quite a few years, and I feel that my overall experience has been very good. Like I said there have been some issues, but I believe they’ve all been resolved.
