> **Avantages**: I like how easy it is to use ClinicSense - for both myself and my clients on their booking end. I also like that customer support is very quick to reply to concerns, usually with a custom video demonstrating how exactly to navigate the system to answer my question. I recently started direct billing via ClinicSense and it saves a lot of time. Once I set up payment processing with Square, that was also a huge time saver and increased convenience for my clients.

> **Inconvénients**: Sometimes ClinicSense make changes to things (i.e. revenue reports) that creates more work me, not less. I'm all for evolving and new offerings, but it's important to not fix what isn't broken, and trust that things are working great.
> 
> I can't imagine going back to paper charts and I prefer ClinicSense to the other two booking/charting systems that I have used in clinics in the past.

> **Inconvénients**: I would love it if there was a way to export a client's file. Right now if I need to provide the file to a lawyer (for example), I need to download each treatment note separately, which for clients who have been coming to me for years can take a lot of time.
> 
> Overall, my experience has been very good with ClinicSense. It always works the way I expect it to, and I like having the comfort that there won't be a surprise shutdown or something.
