Seemed like a good program but it was missing a Automation setting that I wanted, so I made the decision you use Sales Force > > **Inconvénients**: The Dishonesty of the company, Free Trial, take your credit card, you cancel and they still charge you. > > I’m a small-business owner who signed up for the “free trial.” After setting up the account, I discovered that an important feature I needed was not available at a price I could afford. I selected “Do Not Renew” and also spoke with a team member through the online chat, clearly asking them to cancel my account. One month later, my credit card was charged for an entire year. When I contacted the company, they claimed I had not cancelled and offered only a 50% refund—even though I had followed the cancellation process and spoken directly with their team. I would strongly recommend choosing a more reputable CRM, such as Salesforce, Bigin by Zoho, or another trusted provider. Based on my experience, I would stay away from this company.
