> **Avantages**: It has a lot of features. It pretty much has everything you would want in a CRM and marketing automation platform.

> **Inconvénients**: It's very buggy. Support has gotten better, but there have been numerous instances where we've reached out to support, and it was common to get a response that it's something on our end. We've done our best to use it for our marketing automation purposes, but the delivered/open/click stats can't be trusted. We've A/B tested this using Sendgrid, and it was clear that the stats in Engagebay just didn't make sense.

> Conceptually, it could be a great platform. The issue is that given the number of bugs and the unreliable marketing automation stats, it's difficult to have trust in the product.

Support is always readily available and friendly. I use several different CRMs in my position and this one has by far been my favorite.

> **Inconvénients**: There are some small things that I wish were able to be handled by automations that Engagebay cannot at this time, but so far I've been able to find simple workarounds.
