In the first 2 days there were “glitches” but it was moreso on our end forgetting things that needed to be added on to the waivers and as a result having to reach out and get that corrected. Questions are answered quickly and any small problems we have encountered have been resolved essentially the same day. So glad we switched from the other program we were using, Wherewolf suits out business needs much better. > > **Inconvénients**: Some of the options could be highlighted better for less customer confusion. Maybe one con is where the system sometimes freezes; however I am not sure if that is at times our internet.
