My organization has some very strict security requirements and we mostly use Macs. We've been struggling to find a solution that fits our needs and more importantly only having to use 1 vendor to accomplish it. Although we are not quite there (95% of the way), we are still working together to find a solution. During this time the support and response have been nothing short of incredible. It's truly some of the best customer support that I have ever been a part of in my 20+ years in IT. They dusted off an old PAM module and brought it back into service for us, which is above and beyond. Our team really loves Webadm and OpenOTP, it's easy to use, plenty of support documentation, and as mentioned above their user support is amazing. > > **Inconvénients**: We have been running OpenOTP and WebADM for a couple of months now on a very small user group for the purposes of MFA for license checkout. The end user experience has been positive.
