> **Avantages**: Easy to use and available anywhere online so not limited to one computer. The cost is good and offers a number of licences depending on your requirements. I had one query which was quickly resolved by their online support.

> **Inconvénients**: The licencing is a challenge to get all of the products within the same licence period with a very long 90 day notice length.
> 
> Very good with onboarding help provided via online face to face support to get me up and running very quickly.

> **Avantages**: The product is usable when it works, the personal tax software is good. The sales team do a good job of convincing you that everything will run smoothly, and the software is just as good as PTP.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: The accounts production software is limited and only good for simple clients, the customer service is terrible. When you have a problem you need to raise a ticket which takes days to respond to. When you ring you go through to an overseas call center staffed with people who only know how to raise a ticket. Because of this, when you get an issue, which you will, it will be a problem for days rather than minutes or hours.

> Overall it has been negative due to poor customer support and software lacking the quality and depth of PTP, which was the software we were forced to move from. the overriding problem though is the terrible customer service and clear disorganization.

> **Inconvénients**: Having to get used to a new system is never the best thing but it’s user friendly and I found it quick to learn.

> Iris is a known company to me and when I found Elements and its costs, I did not hesitate and I’m so glad that I did.
