The task manager within the app allows us to turn messages into tasks and assign them to multiple employees, which is really helpful. One feature we particularly appreciate is the unlimited message history, even on the free plan, so we never have to worry about losing track of important conversations as we did with our previous messenger. Being able to customize channels to suit our specific needs has also helped us stay focused and productive. There's no way to cancel my account, the support phone number that appears on my invoice is disconnected, and I'm really concerned they're just going to automatically charge my card again in 6 more months.
