> **Avantages**: I really appreciate how quick and knowledgeable their customer support is. They respond promptly and provide great answers. They have one of the best customer supports I've seen.

> **Inconvénients**: I wish that the software had every type of NFT label that you could generate with Health Canada as an option (and have it based off the ADS of the package), but they can design the niche label types for us when it is required.
