It's intuitive and straightforward so no training or similar was required to roll it out and start using it for our team. It's made sharing details of matches and training with parents far easier and quicker, and the big win has been being able to collate responses on who can and cannot attend. > > **Inconvénients**: I am honestly yet to find anything about using Spond difficult. We have two teams within our group but that was no problem as Spond allows you to create sub groups, so we can ensure the right kids and guardians can view only the relevant info for them. > > Overall Spond has, and continues to, save myself and my fellow volunteer coaches time and effort. We used to use a team WhatsApp group to communicate fixture and training information, and while the group remains in use for general chat and comms, all event details are now conveyed over Spond. The format of the events you create on Spond allow us to be extremely clear about times, locations (you can search for locations and it brings up little maps, or enter custom details) and other details, plus it's very easy to update and cancel events, which again makes it crystal clear for parents. The other big win is that parents indicate at the touch of a button whether or not their child is attending, and as coaches we can see these responses and total figures in one easy place on the Spond app, instead of having to scroll back through WhatsApp conversations.
