We had generated UAT Test Scripts with scenarios where we routed documents for collab authoring cycle and review of the documents. The integration was easy and and showed the users what changes/updates are being made and the Author could accept/reject them with reason or not. Good tool to have real time updates being made on a document which assisted in reducing the time to review the document with stakeholders. > > **Inconvénients**: A couple of things I noticed while dry running the UAT scripts is how the document is displayed when opened in PleaseReview. We had created a sample test document with grammatical errors and mistakes so as to have them updated in collab authoring cycle. if the paragraph is short on a single page document the UI shows only that section zoomed in and not the whole page as compared to in Microsoft word document. It would be better if it showed the whole page while making any updates. Also the Header and Footer are not displayed when a user opens the document for review or collab authoring cycle. would like to see that too in future updates. > > We validated PleaseReview with Veeva Vault QMS for collaborative authoring and review cycles. The integration was smooth and made it easy for users to see real-time updates and accept or reject changes, which really sped up stakeholder reviews. A couple of areas for improvement would be showing the full page (instead of zooming in on short sections) and displaying headers/footers during reviews. I load my documents into the software, give authorization to my reviewers all over the company and they can enter comments, show how they would edit text and determine if it's minor or major. Reviewers see each other's comments and can discuss differences. I can determine how long the reviewers have to review and then download the document back into Word with comments. > > **Inconvénients**: We tried to use it as a collaborative vehicle for writing and it didn't work very well for that. Each author had to be assigned a section and then it got complicated. We abandoned that path. One issue we have is authorizing people outside or heritage group after we merged with another company.
