The program was developed by a retired Fire Captain and so he understands the needs of Fire and EMS Departments and also that each department is different. Customer Support is always available and any time I have needed a new portal, or a new element or data set within one of the portals one phone call or email to the team at Emergency Logs and they take care of it. Emergency Logs has given us the inventory management and tracking that we were never able to find in any other software program. The software is easy to learn and the customer support team is always available for training. As the coordinator for all of the supplies and medications that go through our ten stations, I needed a program that I could have work the way I needed it to work and Denny and his team at Emergency Logs has given that to me. > > **Inconvénients**: Nothing. When an issue comes up, they are quick to correct it. If I have a suggestion for a new feature or a piece of feedback, they are receptive and ready to implement new ideas. On top of this, the team is friendly and cordial, and has it has made managing inventory much easier and more enjoyable in my experience. Also, the UI is relatively simple and intuitive to work your way through. This is nice especially when having to both manage large inventory catalogs and train new people in that same system. > > **Inconvénients**: Like any software, there are occasional bugs. However, when I do bring up an issue, the support team responds very quickly (at least within a day, but often within the hour). They have been able to solve all the issues we've brought up to them, and they often implement new or better features in addition to solving the problem. > > Overall Emergency Logs is a great software to use.
