> **Avantages**: The software has a lot of inventory and repair databases features built into the system that can be turned on and off easily as needed.  It’s a very intuitive software to use.  Customer service is great...\!\!

There are a few additional features we would love to have that are specific to our company, but to get these features we would have to pay to have a programmer or software development firm handsomely to customize a product for us.  However, AYS’s team has put into play some of the features we have requested over the years.

> **Inconvénients**: When we return a unit to a customer unrepaired we have to manually remove the pricing instead of AYS doing it for us.  New employees sometimes send a unit back unrepaired with a repair price still attached to the invoice which can startle the customer.

> **Inconvénients**: We have customized alot of the service status which makes the general reports obsolete.  Would like the ability to make reports to match our changes without having to go thru AYS support and paying for the changes.

> Have been using AYS prior to 2006 and have only had one real problem with software, we out grew our version, and lost some data due to a crash.
