But what stood out for us was their highly sophisticated and adaptable team that KNOWS beta testing. We had a bunch of complicated requirements, and they were able to accommodate every single one of them- and had many helpful suggestions we never considered. > > **Inconvénients**: There really weren't any. Investing in good quality beta testing does cost money, but they were worth every penny of it. They always ended up the same way. Hundreds of users indicate they are interested in participating, half of that number show up to the kickoff webinar event, half of that number actual register, and some tiny fraction end up giving feedback. Betatesting.com that they solved all of those problems. We went with the managed test offering so the team took our input, constructed our tests, recruited our beta users, and helped us interact and get feedback from the testers when we were live. We were able to devote most of our beta testing time to interacting with users and digesting feedback. We hit the participation goals we set and received meaningful feedback which led to product changes. Since this was also an MVP, we are so happy that we released our beta candidate via betatesting.com instead of the the app store/google play first. When we did launch to the app stores the quality and usefulness of our product was light years better than it would have been without the tests conducted via betatesting.com. > > **Inconvénients**: The betatesting.com team probably has a backlog of great features they want to add but there is nothing that stands out in terms of things we didn't like about the software. In the spirt of keeping this a real review, I know the team has some UI updates/refreshes in mind but those are really cosmetic or may improve the usability to some degree. There is nothing wrong with the platform today that will prevent you from running real world tests and receiving meaningful feedback to make your product better. > > Before selecting betatesting.com we evaluated 10+ other vendors. The whole process was straightforward and removed a major headache for me (a time poor Founder). They are a pleasure to deal with and extremely responsive and helpful.
